Nedpower SheerWind Hub is very excited to report that they have installed the INVELOX on our roof in Spijkenisse. They are running nicely on schedule and will connect the turntable, install the sensors and load the software in the next two weeks. Congratulations Nedpower keep up the great work!

INVELOX technology could provide NZ with 100% renewable energy

  Countries and companies are increasingly turning to wind and solar projects because it makes sense for their bottom lines according to wind generation program manager Reza Sehdehi. Global use of solar and wind generation has risen by 39% and 12% respectively according to an International Renewable Agency report released in July. In Germany alone the amount of power generated in wind farms rose by 50% between 2014 and 2015 while almost all other forms of energy production had fallen, some by as much as 7%. "In the last couple of years these renewable energy sources have stopped being just the right thing to use and are now the smart thing to use," says Sehdehi. "They offer a lot of benefits with low cost of production, reduced investment costs and increased flexibility to name just a few things." Read more

New Technology Outperforms Traditional Wind Turbine In International Study Pacific Wind Test Unit An overseas test has revealed a technology available to New Zealand businesses is capable of producing results three times greater than traditional systems according to Pacific Wind program manager Reza Sehdehi. This week, energy and engineering company Pacific Wind released results of a year-long study comparing the output of INVELOX to traditional wind generation capabilities discovering that not only did the INVELOX system outperform a traditional wind turbine tower it's performance was triple that of traditional systems. The Chaska, Minnesota-based wind-power innovator, SheerWind, was pleased to get the news and is looking forward to working closely with its China HUB during the construction, scheduled for completion in October 2016. The event took place in collaboration with Hengshui City Agricultural Science and Technology Company. “This project will deliver substantial and long-term local economic and environmental benefits,” said Li Yang Shi, the CEO of SheerWindChina. “Not only will it be the first INVELOX wind energy system in China, it is the beginning of a revolution in clean power generation and is aligned with the joint efforts by China and the United States on climate change, contributing to the enduring legacy of the partnership between our two countries.” READ MORE

Goeree-Overflakkee first municipality in Europe INVELOX wind installation June 27, 2016 The municipality of Goeree-Overflakkee and NedPower Green Energy signed Friday, June 24th, 2016 a letter of intent to realize a Sheer Wind Invelox wind installation on Goeree-Overflakkee. It is a pilot for five years in a designated seating area for wind energy on land owned by the municipality.  Goeree-Overflakkee is working include the realization of a wind energy target of 225MW. In the treatment of the wind energy file, the council adopted a motion to embrace innovative technologies in the field of wind energy. Alderman French Tollenaar, portfolio of wind energy is very excited about this signing. "Especially that we are the first municipality in Europe this Sheer Wind Invelox can apply technology in our territory. Not only does this fit into the implementation of the motions of our council in the field of wind energy, but it also contributes to our ambition to be distinctive in the field of sustainability and innovation."
